Welcome to Central Water Association’s customer portal. You may use this site to make online payments and to view your monthly bill as well as billing and payment histories.
Click the "Pay Your Bill Now" link on the right, then click "Register Here" under the "Quick Pay" button. You will need your account number and the phone number we have on file. Enter your phone number as a single 10 digit number with no spaces or hyphens.
Create a unique username. The username cannot have a space.
Click "Quick Pay" to make a one-time payment using your account number. This feature does not register your account.
If you register your account, please verify all contact information was transferred correctly. If not, please update your information in the portal.

Online Bill Payment
Central Water Association Inc offers online bill payment. Click the link on the right-hand side of this page or call our toll free payment line at 1-877-290-1146. You will need your account number. There is a minimum $1.75 service charge for this transaction depending on the amount of your bill.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Good To Know
Bills are mailed by the 20th of each month and are due by the 10th of the following month. Late charges are assessed after the 10th. If you have a water bill that is 30 days past due, service is subject to disconnection after the 10th of the month.

If you have a 2 month bill and you pay within 2 days of cutoff, you must call the office with your confirmation number as we do not receive instant notification of payments.
